• Returns or exchanges are possible if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and in its original packaging.

• Returns are allowed within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• Kindly take a picture of the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number to facilitate an exchange if the product is defective, has a specific issue, or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.

• A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the description on the product page on our website.

• We are not responsible for any usage expectations of the products by the customer that were not mentioned on the product page on our website.

• A 30% fee or a minimum of 25 dirhams will be deducted if the customer simply does not want the product, provided it has no defects or issues.
